PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment 
confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping: 7–20 business days
Express shipping: 5–10 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on orders over $49.
Flat rate shipping available at checkout for all other orders.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. 
Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees and 
import duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility 
and are not included in our pricing.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, 
contact us at support@zanzea.shop and we will investigate.

We ship from our fulfillment partners. Multiple items in one 
order may arrive in separate packages.
