ELIGIBILITY
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they 
are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@zanzea.shop with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you 
by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business 
days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for sizing issues. Contact us within 
30 days of delivery.
